These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Bpx Developers (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of Guild Platform (the “Service”).
1. Agreement to Terms
By logging into, accessing, or using Guild Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old and must satisfy any higher minimum age required by applicable law or by services used to access Guild Platform.
Guild Platform is not intended for or directed to children under 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts & Discord Authentication
Guild Platform uses Discord OAuth for identity verification. To access the Service, you must connect a valid Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Discord account and credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
4. Guild Participation & Roles
Access to specific guild workspaces within Guild Platform is determined by your verified membership and assigned roles within the corresponding Discord guild. Guild administrators manage guild settings, membership criteria, and role assignments. We are not responsible for disputes arising between users and guild leadership.
5. User Content & Limited License
Users retain ownership of content they own, including uploaded screenshots, character profiles, and posted comments.
By submitting content to Guild Platform, you grant Bpx Developers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, convert, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide Guild Platform features. We do not claim ownership of your content. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
6. Discord-Synchronized Content
Guild administrators can configure specific Discord channels for synchronization. Messages, embeds, attachments, and associated metadata from those configured channels may be reproduced inside that guild’s Guild Platform environment.
Actions performed through Guild Platform, such as event registration, role selection, or attendance confirmations, may be reflected back into Discord channels and embeds.
Guild Platform does not ask users for their Discord password and does not have access to private direct messages or unconfigured channels.
7. Events & Platform Actions
The Service provides coordination tools for community events, boss encounters, and raids. Event participation, party configurations, roster assignments, and activity point awards are governed by individual guild leadership policies.
8. Michi Vision & Automated Extraction
Guild Platform includes Michi Vision, an automated optical extraction capability for processing game screenshots voluntarily submitted by authorized guild members. You acknowledge that automated extraction may contain errors, is provided solely for in-game community management, and is subject to human review by guild officers. 9. Acceptable Use Standards
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, demean, or defame any individual or community.
- Transmit malware, viruses, exploits, or malicious code.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent authentication, permissions, or security controls.
- Engage in credential theft, session hijacking, or unauthorized account access.
- Fraudulently manipulate event registrations, attendance records, activity points, or audit trails.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data using unauthorized automated tools.
- Interfere with or overburden our operational infrastructure or hosting systems.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party integrations, notably Discord and Amazon Web Services, and provides reference information concerning Throne and Liberty. These services operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or actions of third-party platforms.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The Guild Platform software, user interfaces, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of Bpx Developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Throne and Liberty is a trademark and copyright of NCSOFT and Amazon Games. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. All third-party trademarks, game assets, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. For copyright notifications, see our Copyright Policy.
12. Service Availability & Changes
We strive for high reliability and uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at our discretion.
13. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Guild Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, or if your conduct poses a security risk to the Service or other users.
14. Disclaimers of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUILD PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BPX DEVELOPERS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated version and revision date. Your continued use of the Service following published updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
