This Cookie Policy describes how Bpx Developers (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and browser local storage technologies on Guild Platform.

1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a web server when you visit an application. Browser local storage allows applications to store key-value data directly on your client device. These technologies are fundamental for web applications to remember your authenticated session and display settings.

2. Technologies We Use

Guild Platform uses only essential first-party cookies and local storage items strictly necessary for the operation and security of the Service:

  • Session Cookie (Necessary): A secure, HTTP-only authentication token used to authenticate your requests to the Guild Platform API. Configured with SameSite and Secure flags to prevent cross-site request forgery.
  • Locale & Theme Storage (Preferences): Browser local storage entries used to remember your selected language interface (English, Spanish, Portuguese) and active presentation preferences across sessions.

4. No Advertising or Tracking Cookies

Guild Platform does not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social tracking tags, or commercial data-broker technologies. We do not track your browsing across third-party websites or sell your digital footprint. Because we only use strictly necessary technical storage, an invasive “cookie banner” requesting consent for advertising is neither required nor displayed.

5. Managing Your Preferences

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings settings. However, blocking or deleting our essential session cookies will prevent you from authenticating and using the Guild Platform features.
